We guarantee delivery to the addresses you provide. Before you order, please verify addresses and the availability of your recipient. If we encounter an error such as an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or weather delays, we will be unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. In some cases, Our delivery team expedites deliveries, so your gift will arrive on or before the specified delivery date. If you would like to choose a specific delivery date, please choose before two days.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a signature is required by an office, apartment building or other address, Delivery carriers will attempt to deliver up to three times.
